A ladies tunic for fall
Fall is the perfect time to break out those ladies tunics and leggings. They looks so good with boots and flats alike. And have we talked about those pockets?! They are definitely the starring feature to this tunic. This pattern is rated intermediate and that’s solely because of the pocket construction. However, I include a video to walk you through the steps.

Fabric recommendations
Whenever a new pattern is released the first question I get is ‘what kind of fabric is best’? There are so many different types of knits so I can see where the confusion comes from. You’re in luck with this ladies tunic pattern– most knits will work! It is fitted at the bust so you do need a knit with at least 25% stretch. Other than that you can use almost anything. The red plaid tunic I’m wearing above is a brushed poly blend from a Facebook group called So Sew English. Otherwise, cotton jersey, cotton interlock, cotton/lyrca and other rayon blends will work just fine. Even a double knit (like Liverpool), ponte and scuba will work.
