About the Program
- Commissions are paid at 10%. If your referred customer uses a coupon or discount, you will be credited 10% of the discounted total.
- Commissions are paid at the beginning of each month. For example, January commissions are paid within the first week of February.
- Payments will only be made when the total is at least $10. For example, if your affiliate total for March is $8 you will not receive a payment for March. Instead that amount will be rolled forward until you do reach $10. So if your affiliate total for April is $5 then you will receive a payment of $13 (March + April).
- All affiliates must have a Paypal account. Please be sure to sign up for your affiliate account with your Paypal email address.
- Our affiliate program uses a 6 day cookie to record sales. The last affiliate link clicked by a customer is the affiliate credited.
- Love Notions reserves the right to reject or remove any affiliate as we deem appropriate.
Best Practices
- With any affiliate program, the most success is seen when the affiliate really believes in the product.
- You may not use your affiliate link to purchase patterns.
- Sew up Love Notions patterns and post helpful and honest reviews. Lots of great pictures will make a difference!
- Only use your own pictures when combined with your affiliate link. You do not have permission to use tester listing photos without their express permission.
- Be transparent with your affiliation. Be sure to disclose to your readers that you are an affiliate when you post your link.
- Share your creation on social media and your blog.
