- Large format file for copy shop printing. This file will print on two A0 (33″ x 46″) size sheets. Be sure to instruct your printer to print actual size in black and white on their cheapest paper. We recommend PDFPlotting for printing the large format files.

This is a great polo shirt and I am making the third one for my grandson. It’s been a while since I made the last one. I got to the part where you add the binding to the neck/collar seam and have a suggestion. The instructions should tell you on page 10 to pin the binding to the collar side of the seam. I sewed mine to the neck side of the seam and now have to rip it out so that I can press the binding down to cover the raw edge. My grandson loves this polo shirt pattern and wears them often.

Made a boys version in Harry Potter fabric and a girls version in Minnie Mouse fabric. For girl’s shirt added a Peter Pan collar and cut off two inches from sleeves to add a two inch cuff ruffle.
Advice for construction: cut the neck binding at least 1.5 inches wide as it is folded in half before sewn on. This shirt is sized generously, which most children will love. The 2T is equivalent to Burda 3T in T shirts.
