Sew the fun colorblock option to create a unique look or utilize scraps, or sew the solid front option for a faster project. Both views have the choice of a neckband or a hood to give a closet full of muscle shirts, each with different looks. Omit the armbands for a casual sleeveless style. Designed for knit fabrics, the Sprint Muscle Shirt combines style with comfort that is perfect for everyone.

• Large format file for copy shop printing. This file will print on one A0 (33″ x 46″) size sheet. Be sure to instruct your printer to print actual size in black and white on their cheapest paper. We recommend PDFPlotting for printing the large format files.
• A projector file is also included for those using projector technology
